The skill column is the grid you designed; pace is what you actually got. Pace here is each driver's best lap as a percentage of the fastest lap in that race, averaged over the rounds they set a lap in. A driver off the pace their skill implies gets raised, one running quicker than it implies gets trimmed — so the order you set is the order you race against. Because the expectation is fitted from this field's own skill → pace line, the moves roughly cancel out and overall AI pace — with any AI % calibration built on it — stays where it is. Aggression is only ever raised, never trimmed: a driver who stays out of trouble and never gains a place gets a nudge, and nothing else touches it. Drivers with fewer than 2 starts are shown but not tuned.
